Doug was born on April 8, 1968 in Fort St. John, and lived here his whole life. He graduated in 1986 from NPSS.
He worked as a picker operator for over 30 years in the Fort St. John area.
Doug's son Devon was born on February 28, 1996 and immediately became the first and foremost person in Doug's life.
Doug had the ability to spin tales that would somehow become more involved and funnier each time telling.
He is survived by his son Devon, his mom Carol, sister Dana, brother-in-law Chris, and nephew Dayton.
He also left behind aunts and uncles: Joyce & Sheldon, Gordon & Jan, Eryn & Ken, Jodi & Sascha, Georgina & Ken, as well as cousins: Desi, Terence, Patrice, Dwight, Jennifer, Ryan, Catherine, Lauren, Nathan and Matthew.
He was predeceased by his dad, Terry and grandparents Illa & Art and Pam & George, Auntie Gwen and cousins Michael and Miranda.
His life was far too short. He is missed and will be forever loved.
