1987 ~ 2022

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Chris Mapletoft, our beloved son, brother, and friend.

Chris was born in Fort St. John on November 1, 1987. He passed away April 1, 2022 at 34 years of age.

Chris was a proud pipefitter who truly loved his job. He was a gear head who loved pulling wrenches. Chris had a soft spot and loved animals.

He leaves behind so many loved ones that will truly miss him.

A viewing will be held at Hamres Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, April 12th, 2022 at 2:00 pm. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, April 16th 2022 at 1:00 pm at the family residence.

Honorary Pallbearers are Amanda Hamm, Brandon Hendricks, Grayson Lambert, Gerald Aven, and Morgan Fraser.
