Harry had a passion for watching sports and playing fastball and curling. He was a founding member of the Taylor Curling Club where he developed many lifelong friendships. He particularly enjoyed camping and playing horseshoes with his friends and family. A highlight for him was his trip to Chicago with all his buddies to watch football and hockey. He looked forward to summer road trips exploring with Elsie and enjoying many outdoor adventures boating and fishing with his friends. In retirement, Harry's garage became the meeting place for all who wanted to stop by and have a beer!
Harry will forever be remembered for his hard work ethic - he never took a break until the job was done, his ability to solve any problems, and his quickness and generosity to help a friend or stranger in need.
Expressions of sympathy can be made to the Fort St. John Firefighters Charitable Society in memory of Harry. This was a charity close to his heart. Click here to donate.
Rest in Peace. Watch over us.
