Terry was born on May 4, 1949 in Loon Lake, Saskatchewan. Terry contracted polio when he was a
toddler and spent many of his childhood years in Saskatoon, in the hospital and going to a specialized
school for children with disabilities. He returned to Loon Lake at nine years old in a
full body cast. He left home to attend high school in Outlook, Saskatchewan and lived in residence.
After high school, Terry moved to Saskatoon to work for a couple of years before returning to Loon Lake to help
on the farm and work as a guard at the RCMP station. In 2015, Terry moved to Taylor BC to be closer to his family.
He made many new friends in British Columbia, but continued to miss the friends he left behind
in Saskatchewan.
Terry liked to collect glass, coins, stamps and various antiques. Terry enjoyed reading and visiting
with family and friends.
Terry was predeceased by: an infant sister, Barbara; his mother, Ivy; his father, Arnold;
and his brother-in-law, Wayde Huillery.
Terry leaves to mourn: his sister, Betty Huillery of Taylor, BC; his brother, Dale (Louise) of
Fort St. John, BC; five nieces and nephews; Tyler (Leona) Huillery, Troy (Soraida) Huillery,
Cody (Vivian) Neuls, Matthew (Kaitlyn) Neuls, and Brooke (Alex) Normandeau,
as well as seven great nieces and nephews; Devon, Sophia, Emmalynn & Luke Huillery,
Jasper Neuls, Everett & Stella Normandeau.
