It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Ruth Nelson on March 6, 2024.
Ruth was born June 11, 1929 in Vanderhoof, BC. Ruth spent her younger years in the Vanderhoof/Prince George Area, where she met her husband of 72 years, Roy. They relocated to Dawson Creek and then the family farm where they lived for many years until retiring and moving into Fort St John.
Ruth was predeceased by her husband, Roy and her grandson Jarvis.
She will be missed greatly by her children: Elaine, Sharon, Carol (Garry), Bonnie, and Gerry (Roni) as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
A celebration of her life will be announced at a later date.
